Pregnancy in CAS

The cheat was disabled a long time ago! I recommend creating your sim in a throwaway save and get her pregnant via woohooing with someone, or use MCC mod to start a pregnancy under the Pregnancy menu option. Then you can save her to your library or the Gallery for downloading in your favorite saves. Hope that helps!

I know this post will probably get closed since it a necro post, but thought I would just add since I do have some relevant information.
This is a mod that puts back all the cheat commands that went away after that patch that stopped letting players add buffs and such, so this would allow a player to use cheat commands for pregnancy

I do find that the MCCC mod allows for many of these cheats as well though, so it would probably boil down to choosing which mod you find easier to navigate for the purposes you need. But at this point, you need to download a pregnant sim from the gallery or use a mod to essentially start out with a pregnant sim immediately.
