Definitely Ulrike Faust. Despite her surname, she also gives me Morrigan from Dragon Age vibes.
But yeah the Goth family do seem destined to have witchy blood. Lady Ravendancer Goth aside, there were also some distant Crumplebottom Witch relatives in S3 Supernatural, and Mortimer's a mix of both families.
