'Pretend to be slapped' interaction?

This just popped up in my game. Has anyone else seen it? When I clicked on it, nothing happened. http://i67.tinypic.com/2j4sqvc.png Is this something I've missed all along and just discovering ...

Like everyone said, it came from since the first launch of the base game.. It similiar to 'Slap 'em Silly' interaction when you're in playful mood
