Another option for Stylists is to send them to work at retail clothes shops/malls and play them like an in-store stylist/personal shopper. Customers visiting the lot are likely there to buy new clothes, so it makes sense story-wise too.
Arts Critics can work at Museums, Arts Centres and Lounges and any other lot that has an instrument placed down.
A Courthouse/City Hall combo lot would be great for Judges/Politicians and also provide a civil/non-religious wedding venue option. Best setting for this lot is probably Museum as these lots often have statues etc.
Several WFH or skill based careers combine well with retail ownership too. Have your Mechanical Engineer open up a Bot Shop or your Floral Designer a Flower Shop, etc.
