Purchased bundle - Says I still need to purchase (MISSING CONTENT)
I just purchased a new bundle, payment went through, confirmed on EA website and it says "completed and digitally delivered" they still don't show up. I have deleted the EA app, cleared my cache, tried app restore, and even tried to "repair" the game itself. When I go to try and find it to download the content, I purchased it says I have not purchased it and still need to. However, if I launch the Sims game it says I do indeed own the content it just needs to be downloaded. Yet I cannot. I have requested help via the EA app. Someone please help, I'm frustrated and just want to play with my new DLC.
