Purchased Kit not Available for Download-Solved

I bought both of the two new kits today, but only the Basement Kit was available for download. The EA app doesn't show my Greenhouse kit. I can't find any way to download it. I searched through EA hel...

I'm sorry to hear that. That's what happened to me when I bought growing together. I got the confirmation email and being impatient I bought it again. When I talked to EA chat and sent them the emails as proof, they reinversed me for the cost of one copy.

I would suggest talking to EA in chat, the wait usually isn't very long. I understand your rant, I have been there many times with the app.
