Purchased Kit not Available for Download-Solved

I bought both of the two new kits today, but only the Basement Kit was available for download. The EA app doesn't show my Greenhouse kit. I can't find any way to download it. I searched through EA hel...

I bought these both today and they are saying "owned" in game (not showing up with items) but the EA App isn't showing owned despite purchasing both. You're not alone!
