My sim studied trends for videos and handiness was a thing. How can I possibly do videos on that?

Maybe it'd count as a "Charisma Video".
Unless protesting is actually its own genre.
You can stream basically any action, aside from things like going to the restroom or taking a bath.
If anything you stream isn't under any applicable genre, it'll upload as a "Video". Just "Video".
