Treats:SpoilerI've only tested with Friendly Treats so far, but there is no way to feed them to mini goats, mini sheep or horses, as far as I can see. Conversely, you can trade mini goats and sheep for treats.
Coloured sheep come that way when you buy them. Different colours are priced differently, probably based on how much the treats would cost to get the same colour wool from llamas.
Wool Crafts:SpoilerYes, you can use the wool for crafting, however it might be cheaper to buy supplies as wool from mini sheep varies in price from 15-200 (that I've seen so far). Sheep colour, mood and relationship to shearing sim all contribute to wool value.
