Q&A: Horse Ranch

Does anyone know how you get the occult nectar recipes? I assumed you merely had to be the occult in question, but when I click on the nectar maker with my werewolf sim, I only get the usual list of options with their associated skill levels. Would moonpetal nectar appear after a certain level if I leveled up her nectar-making skill? Or does she need to talk to Roberto Crinkletop or the bartender in Moonwood Mill or something to get the recipe? And if it's not as simple as "be a werewolf" or "be a spellcaster" or whatever, does that mean regular human sims can also craft these special recipes? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm pretty baffled. I've seen these nectars come up in overviews of debug items, but I have no idea how you're supposed to actually get them in game.
