Is there any mexican culture added to the pack.Like food,clothes or interactions?
There's definitely food:

I'm not sure what Mexican fashion or socials are like, so I'm not the best person to ask for those.
The new football (soccer) style shirt does have an icon similar to the Mexican flag on the sleeve in some swatches (it's not exact, but gives the impression of it). There's a blazer with fun, traditional looking fabric. Lots of bright colours and bold patterns are used on various tops/bottoms, which matches with the brightly coloured environment, I'd say. There are some plainer ones too,
Axolotls are a local thing too, I believe. They feature in the collectibles, a build buy decorative sculpture, a mural and a lore sculpture out in the world.
There are murals by a Mexican artist around the world and the builds are made by Mexican/Mexican-based Sims builders RusticSims, Fritosaurio and Shikiuv.
