1. What is a sure fire way to catch the frogs in that waterfall in Sulani? 2. What to do to catch fish in the traps?

I did attract frogs but my sim didn't catch any. I failed the odd job cause he wouldn't catch any. I tried several times.
I've tried baiting the traps too but they're always empty :(
