Question About a New Career For Me, Please Help

Question

I decided to try out a career I've never had a Sim do before. She's done remarkably well and is now the Director of Communications. But, she's currently ill with all kinds of strange markings on her skin, so I opted to have her work from home. But, she has two assignments in Uptown. Can somebody please direct me to this Uptown? I have no idea where she's supposed to go. Currently, she lives in Windenburg, if that helps.

Uptown is the "Expensive" part of San Myshuno with the high rises. The podium for speeches is there.
