Question about City Living lot traits
How destructive/useful/active are some of these traits? I'm still working on a Penthouse and I just got this expansion yesterday. I added haunted just for fun, how active is this and is it destruct...

I play full worlds with rotating households. When I got City Living I set lot traits to all lots, which I regret very much today. I think those traits often takes away from the basic game challenge, besides some of them filling my screen with floating symbols, looking silly on any photo or film. I recommend not adding traits to all lots, but rather adding just for specific occasions when it might add to the fun.
