Question about crafted jewellery

Hi Simmers! I have a question about the Crystal Creations pack. When you create a new piece of jewellery, does it automatically appear in CAS? I saw that there is a bug which distorts your sim if you equip the jewellery in live mode, so someone suggested using CAS instead.

    Unfortunately not. The jewelry aren't standard CAS items. They can be un-equipped and re-equipped in CAS, but they don't unlock like the assets from Nifty Knitting - and they'd have to be re-equipped in the same CAS session.

    I'm guessing it's because each jewlery item has effectively over 400 swatches (22 metals x 27 gems and me being lazy at math this morning) which just isn't practical in CAS

    Thanks so much for the response. :) Ah ok. That kinda sucks. Has anyone been experiencing the deformed sims bug?
