Question about game performance

Might be a dumb question but does the game run better as is, EA houses/community lots, than if I replaced all the houses and community lots with my own and gallery downloads? Or does it not affect game performance that much?

I can, depending on the size of the lot, how many objects you put on that lot, how big and much decor is in the neighborhood.

If you start noticing performance issues best to just simply lower some of your graphic settings.

One of the reasons premade lots are really dull and empty is better performance on lower end machines. So yes, it matters, to some degree. The more objects are on a lot, the more likely it'll affect performance.
