Question about my Account? I auto logged in, dont know password need help!!

I'M trying to figure out what my password is for this site because sometimes I lose access and sometimes, I can auto log in. I checked account info and found nothing on password. When I can't log in...

@simgirl1010 Thanks a bunch, looks like you went above and beyond to offer help and I thank you for your time, I will check into those links and see If I can get things fixed. And I hate to bother you anymore but what is meant by "If you don't remember your email or ID, try logging in with a connected platform account" I don't know what a connected platform account is...I've never heard those terms before.
