Question about Sienna Grove

If I play her household will she lose her job and be replaced at the equestrian centre for good. Or is it like Mei Prescott, who when I play her is in the education career and a townie substitutes for her at the high school, but when I switch to another household she comes back to her old job. Has anyone tested this yet, as I am hoping it works like for Mei. I have noticed you can't ask Sienna to be in a club.
