Question? Caught Cheating ... by the paparazzi

So if you are caught on camera by the paparazzi ... does your spouse/ significant other know right away or what happens? So if you are Bill Clinton and get 'caught with your pants down' in public...

With the Reputation system, that could change -- we now have the phone calls to advise about deaths so maybe something similar regarding cheating?
