Question: Disabling Packs in Orgin

Basically, I want to do a strict game challenge. I know there are features I have probably forgotten about drowned in the list of packs, so I wanted to play through the game from the standpoint of a family. To make sure I don't actually use something from one expansion etc, such as a career or skill, because I know you can sort buy build items before that generations heir grows up, I was thinking of disabling them on my laptop. I would be easier instead of looking up everything. But I don't want to accidentally mess up a family members game if they were to log on to the home computer why I am at work.
