Question for those who play with aging off??
How do you do it? I'm one of those simmers who constantly is creating new sims and like to start new families/generations.

I play with the aging at super long, but not entirely off. I do this for the active household until I figure it's time for them to move on - the kids can't stay kids forever, and at some point, they have to have their own lives that I must follow. When I hit that point, I let the normal aging takeover again until I get to a new pausing point.
