2a) Do the doctors get better when they advance in the career? I have a level 4 {assistant nurse} and carls guide -but it’s rather hard to diagnose patients.
2b) Are there certain skills that help? Like maybe Logic?
3) Is there a mod to stop autonomous singing? Same Sim is turning into the singing physician. Ugh.
Your Sim can bake up the Gourmet Fruitcake, but you'll have to make sure they have the skill level to do so.
Sorry, your number 3 made me laugh. I love it when my Sims sing. All I could think of was my one Sim who is a doctor and prefers to be called Dr. Joe. Of course, he's a goofball, too. His older brother is a Global Superstar, while Joe's celebrity is his ability as a Surgeon.
