Would you care to look in System/Storage/Show More Categories/ System and Reserve to see if Windows 10 is reserving space for your program files of TS4. Normally this would be around 31 GB reserved by MS (without TS4 installed) and says it needs that much reserved to help the pc run correctly, however, the more Program files you install the more MS reserves for itself and those programs has been my experience.
Like on a labtop, I don't have very much installed at all, and MS only reserves 21GB in storage for itself. However, in the pc it reserves a lot more with more programs installed, not just apps (but programs like games). I'm just asking to see if the more of a game that is installed the more Windows 10 will say it needs to reserve for itself, which unfortunately limits what some of us can install over time.- I'm in a laptop. Don't have it with me so can check later.

So my gaming laptop says it’s reserving 23.7GB to run Windows. That’s with the entirety of Sims 1, all of TS2 +CC, all of TS3 + most store items & CC, The Sims medieval + expansion, and all of TS4 + CC (minus JTB and a few kits) currently installed on it.
