Randomized Sim?

Question

So I've been thinking on doing the randomized Sim challenge but not quite sure how to do randomize a job or aspirations or anything. Everything else I can randomize but it's weird that those I can't. Or should I just try the story thing and do it that way?

I use this site a lot when I want to randomize: https://createarandomsim.com/  There are other sites that do the same general thing.

For aspiration, I usually just close my eyes and move my mouse around and pick the one it lands on. Not sure how to do it with jobs though.
