The dystopian world and Sims 4 being mainly indoors only is why I like the pack. I realise even with friends upon learning deeper than face value decides whether I stay friends with them or not. I think that it wouldn't hurt to wait until the livestream and LGR review to decide on themselves whether to buy the pack or not. I do think many people will sign up for giveaways like with all the packs just because the economy is as bad as the depression years. I know with Animal Crossing being outdoors and it selling well with the rags to riches approach, this pack I have a strong feeling will sell well too especially for those that can't afford to buy a Switch but can afford to get this EP for their PCs and Macs and consoles. I guess as with life in everything, don't judge a book by its cover. Really get to know something by their actions and in this case gameplay as with all packs. I do know this pack will have more gameplay than any Sims 4 SP offers. :)
