What are you doing with those giant lots? I mostly find them useless, even for rentals or ranches. I‘m hoping for 20x20 lots instead.
I liked how smaller lots were integrated with the surrounding landscape in Chestnut Ridge, making the lot itself feel larger. I'm hoping they will do more of that, not for all lots but for some.
