Ravenswood World Discussion Thread

I love the look of Ravenwood, it gives vibes of Windenburg, Henford, Glimmerbrook & Forgotten Hollow.                                    However, the world doesn't even have one 40X30 lot.  That doesn't make any sense.

The song is very nice. Loved the warm autumn light in the Crows Crossing. Mourningvale looks like an radioactive apocalypse from above. It's such a fitting name, in folk stories the hero usually has to go through Mourning/Death/Crying Valley to finish his quest.

So nice to have overview of the world :)

Has anyone spotted any harvestables in the world? I've only had time for a brief peek at each lot, but so far I've only seen one sad little chrysanthemum plant.

I've seen mushrooms, snapdragons and a lemon tree so far :)

Okay so I took a look through all the lots

First off I think Club Eternity gets to stay in my save I really like it so I'll probably just add items
Mourning Mist Manor I think I'll end up reaping eventually for some sort of macabre shop or venue
just feels like good placement but I'll have to re home Izadi-Gomes household some place
maybe in The Cozy Casket House or Mystic Crossroads

Netherworld Department I think I'll do complete rebuild eventually
I just have lots of spooky mansions so I'd like it bit more outlandish
mayhaps a castle or such would work I don't have many of those yet

Old Ravenwood Estate 
I'm super torn about because its all too big house for my playstyle
but also thats a big lot so 😅 not sure theres much to do about it
I guess I could turn it into community lot of some sort hmm

Moppy Manor needs Moppy and friends. I just decided. 
I don't know if that means it needs to stay residential though
probably... would have been good placement for community lot too

Crows Perch then needs more Crows as well
the issue I'm having with these smaller residentials is that most of them use wall height 3 which is not my jam 😅
might be easier to just reap and build all over again will see

Eternal Hollow stays as cemetery / funeral venue I might make changes though as I see how it all works

Specter Family Manor I really don't know yet
I don't even know what to do about the new specter family yet
ah how will I ever decide...

Whispering Glen just in general idk yet
except that there needs to be sunflower field some place but that 64x64 terrifies me

I'm hoping someone will make a sunflower field swing set-up similar to the scene from the first trailer. I was disappointed not to see it in the world.

I wanted to remake the Netherworld building too, not deathly enough for me lol. Ended up just remodeling inside a bit cause building is more time consuming and I wanted to play my sim grimtern. 

So I am very disappointed to find out that the world has no functioning weather system. 

I am glad that the base game has been updated for ghosts and cemeteries, it still not enough for me. 

I want a Fairy EP.
