Re: EA Sims 4 Discount Email

I'm experiencing a similar issue: received the 20% offer email but for me the discount doesn't apply at all - I've tried restarting the EA app, logging in two different ways (email+ EA password and the Google connected login - the "coupon" was sent to my gmail account) and have repeatedly tried adding Lovestruck to my cart, without any discount ever applying. 

Edited 11Oct to add - I now have the 10% discount showing on my account. However, it's still not the 20% offered so ???
