It's kind of annoying that you have to set those options for each family that you want it but that's probably your best option now.
Turn it on for unplayed households in general, and then turn it off for the households you don't want to move in.
I have move out turned off, but move in turned on, and random sims are moved into houses fairly regularly. They just don't move out again. :grin:
Okay, so if I had both on, families would occasionally move in, and at some point, possibly move out as well, like real life?
Where do they go if they move out? Another world, or what?
They become "not in world" households (like Father Winter, the Sages, or any other computer created NPC/Townie that doesn't have a home lot assigned.)
