Let me see if I can help you out on this. What I intend to do is start a new game and place my current save into it. I may even do a Game Folder Refresh, first. If you move your 'older' saves folder into a new game, this may be a viable workaround. Mine save was started in the summer of 2024, before the forums moved to this site. That's how old my save is. No, I am NOT restarting. I began this save with the main character, Erik Cantrell, being an infant. He's now an Adult, married, with six kids. Why would I wish to start all over again? It's certainly worth a try, no?  At any rate, BACK UP your current GAME FOLDER, before you do anything.
