This for me too. I can't vote. I like random, which tends to intersperse normal life into utter insanity ten seconds later. I like the balance of human families, alien abductions and vampire legacies. I can't really separate them because the whole combination makes my sim world. But I really couldn't play without the random unexpected factor. I can't micromanage and dictate my games, I go with the flow, which means something I start intended to be realistic might end up fantastical or vice versa. That's the magic of Simming ;)
