Really Steam? 35 Stuff Packs?

Or what the hell with Steam?

I should format the partition where I have The Sims 4
Then download all again, starting with the packs bought at Steam and see this

SP22
SP25
SP35

    Now I understand, and trying to put that in order: are the kits
    And really, seem kits taken the place of Stuff Packs
    SP22 - Bust the Dust
    SP25 - Industrial Loft
    SP35 - Desert Deluxe

    What about SP19?
    Separator, or reserved for a last Stuff Pack?
