Hey @Tequila_Rose_13191 that's pretty bad that the nails do not show up properly on trans sims.
To post pictures on the forums try a service like http://postimg.cc and after you upload your image look for the "Hotlink for forums" or similar code, should start with [img
To report this bug to EA try the Answers HQ board for Sims 4. There is already a thread about this bug there:
