Did you know that you can interview Grim about utilities cost? The sim I befriended him with is a civic designer and decided to combine his work task with the event task.

Grim: "I can't say much about electricity, but water is a huge pain in the backside. The departed get theirs from the river Styx and then forget to pay the water bill!"
