Rebuilding the World Questions

TLDR: What worlds need specific lots? I'm slowly rebuilding all the worlds. I know you need certain lots in Strangerville for the aspiration. I'm mostly curious if I need to keep the bar in Moonwood...

I think the bar in Moonwood Mill sells the special cure drinks for the werewolves.
