All I can think of is to right click on your sims 4 folder, select properties and view previous versions. They are saved when you update your computer so you might find an older one there. If you find a date you want, just right click on it's save file, copy and paste to your desk top. Don't just click restore in case you are wrong. Move your current save to "new folder" on desk top and put the other in it's place. Go into your game and make sure it's what you want before taking an irrreversable action. This all comes from having to do it myself. I did get back most of what I wanted.
