I'm almost two years into mine. I like to build world by world. All premades get makeovers adding diskikes/likes without changing genetics. At first I was plopping down Gallery builds but I'm too picky for that. I took the time to get comfortable with building in TS4. Lots of renovating EA lots and watching YT videos for inspiration.
Since you only want to use Gallery builds, it won't take you nearly as long. :) Good luck on your journey.
