If anyone is to blame for the current situation it is the people that decided to tag this game as Sims 4. There is certain expectations of what should be in a game when it is in a series.
Dlc for DLC stopped me caring for Sims 4, but that is not the real issue here. It is selling rehashed stuff as brand new content. And it boggles me that anyone accepts that rehashing things in this series (not talking about seasons, pets, and other expected things from a Sims game). That is like GTA saying in their new GTA, they are going to charge for a car, and each color is going to cost more..EA has taken a very insulting attitude towards its customers.
Where is the creativity of the older series in this series? Where is the game play? Almost everything in 4 is rehashed items that already exist in Sims 4 and half done at that. I loved JA, but even then I knew it was half baked. I come here for the simple fact it amuses me what a fool I am for accepting Sims 4 and buying everything except the dlc for dlc pack. I have loved Sims for a very long time ( such a hard habit to break), but this series of it is just an insult to all the previous series.
I can wish for some creativity to be added, but that is all it is... a dream.
And I seriously like some of the simmers here..
