Red glow around townie/NPC?

Hi everyone. I just sent my sim to the Waterside Warble in San Myshuno & Lily Feng showed up with a red glow/aura around her. Anyone know what that means? Thanks :)

Things that make a Sim glow red are if they are an alien and in a bad mood, or if they are in one of the evil career choices.
