Regarding Premades Lore Updates
I like to play Sims 4 by giving lore to the premade for training my storytelling skill. Then I heard that there will be premade overhaul soon. Does that mean all my self-given lore will be gone? Hone...

I hope they don't change looks because I won't be able to look at the sims that I have seen for the last seven plus years without thinking plastic surgery then.
I hope they only change things like backstory, clothes and relationships etc. Maybe give some new base game careers that has been added over the years. Adding parenthood character values to children and teens would be cool for base game premades (that would then show up if you own parenthood). Would be nice if they added in a couple of toddlers I think too.
Would be cool if they would update some lots with pools, lot traits, dishwashers etc. Things that has been added to the base game after launch. Like the Landgraabs needs a pool. I think I would be more exited about that than sims getting updated (apart from maybe like Johnny getting attached to the Landgraab family and sims having relevant skills and relationships with each other. Oh! And updated hot and cold weather outfits for all premade sims.
I have heard talks about changing skin tones on existing sims like Bella, now I hope they don't as Bella (and all other base game sims) has looked like that for 7 years by now and to me that is how she looks.
To be honest I don't think she looks lighter than TS2/TS3 versions. And if she is, well I'm sure it was not done on purpose and now this is how she looks. If they changed her skin tone that would be like they gave her injections to look darker, like the dutch lady IRL, and THAT would be weird.
We already have lots of beautiful townies of darker skin tones (just look at HoB or the decorator pack as well as older ones) and I'm sure there are more to come so in my opinion there is no need to change existing ones.
Also I don't view Bella as white, I don't know what she would be but not white so it would be weird to change a (potential) poc sim with another poc skin tone. But that is just me :blush:
ETA: Also make some bigger family trees. Now that we have family trees it would be cool if the Goth's, Landgraab's and Pancakes (etc) of the world have some dead ancestors for us to explore. There could even be a gravestone or two with some dead ancestors on some residential lots. Like Darren Dreamers wife's tombstone in TS2. Since we have ghosts etc now.
