Reinstall
I think I need to renstall the game as I have numerous files missing. My question is, if I uninstall and reinstall the game, will I lose my saves? I'm only asking as I've never done this before.

- You may not need to uninstall. In the EA app there is an option to "Repair Game" - try this first and see if the missing files come back.
- Another thing you could do, if you're just missing files in the Documents folder, is rename your Sims 4 folder to something like "Sims 4.old". Start the game and the game will generate another folder. Close the game and copy/paste your Saves, Tray, and Options files to the newly generated folder.
