It has been a LONG time since I used that cheat code. I use the MC Command Center mod. Much easier and much faster. from what I remember this is how I had to do it. If it's changed since then I don't know. As stated I use a mod now.
You will need to click on Bonnie and use the code.
Modifyrelationship Bonnie Parker Michael De Santa -50 Friendship_Main
Then click on Micheal and use.
Modifyrelationship Michael De Santa Bonnie Parker-50 Friendship_Main
If I remember correctly you have to go to each household and use the cheat for the appropriate sim.
