Thanks for posting this. I made an adult me sim (not the first time) but was having troublemaking friends and couldn't figure out why. After 4 sim weeks he'd managed only 3, and it wasn't from lack of trying. I personally think it's overboard; he has a good rep, self-assured, charisma of nine, does nothing but positive socials, and gets almost nothing out of it. The idea that he could instead run around making friends with children that aren't his own is a bit creepy, too. I get the concept, and wouldn't have minded some tweaking since it was too easy before, but not a big fan so far of the changes.
Edit: BTW, this is typical of so many of the packs. Not the tweaking; that's fine. But the fact that the social impact leans so heavily in favor of adults and their children. Which was pretty unnecessary; sim parents and kids are usually die hard friends effortlessly.
