Release time for High School Years?

It has been the way that expansion packs fort S4 always released at midnight, only GP and smaller packs has released in evening time. Can’t remember Cottage Livings release schedule though, so maybe they changed the concept then :) Too bad! A half day of extra gameplay gone missing.
