Good point about the different maturity levels! Emma is a good person (Cheerful, Music Lover, Outgoing), very couragous and actively helpful, but she definitely isn't the most responsible one. In practise Sophie and Daniel might act more mature than their older sister. Maybe I should give Emma Childish instead of Cheerful in that save to reflect this.

This definitely holds true for my Detroitverse, too. Workplace seniority is not to be questioned (and since most of them are in the same career, it's a serious issue).
