Remove the lactose intolerance trait from cottage living

welp I'm ticked, my allergy to milk isnt some cutesy little trait you can add to the game as a personality quirk, to a sim. Not to mention with the current trait count lmao it would take 1 out of 3 sl...

lmao. I think I'd rather take this one than the Gloomy trait, for example, that only adds a +1 sad buff in very specific situations.
