Remove the lactose intolerance trait from cottage living

I mean there are many traits that are not rlly tied to personality but ig that's the best way they can do it. Unless they add a dietary restrictions section which would make more sense if they added more than 2 the game. I'm not sure what else they would add. Maybe gluten or peanut butter allergy.
