It is not toxic behavior because if it was then the comments would not be there for others to look at. It is important to know if someone owns the game, stopped purchasing years ago and/or does not play TS4.

I do think EA needs a stronger backbone, its up to them whether they think a complaint warrants an actual change. If they bend like a soggy french fry, thats where you should direct your anger, not at customers. Customers will complain no matter what, even if Sims 4 was perfect. They need a stronger identity and integrity. But because they care only about the money and trends, that's why the game is so inconsistent. Stop blaming people and start blaming EA.
