Rental lot type in NON-destination world?
Quite simply, is there a way to set a lot type as a rental lot in a normal, non-destination world such as Willow Creek? Even if there isn't an in-game ability/cheat to do this, is there a mod? ...

Tell us how it worked for you when you try it. I couldn’t get it to work and I don’t know what I did wrong.
It'll be a while yet before I get to test out the gameplay, but I'll let you know when I do.
