I think there is a resort or rental Mod already out there. I haven't used them but there are other threads that mention them. One i've seen in another thread is this one https://www.kawaiistaciemods.com/downloads/resorts-hotels-mod
Personally I don't use mods but other simmers have had good results with that one which i'm sure they'll update when the new EP comes out. For now when I get Island Living I'll probably just turn one of the lots into a generic one and have my sim family stay there as a vacation interest.
